COURSES ARE FREE but we do require registration. The reason for registering is so we can provide the right amount of booklets, information pieces and other materials needed for the course. It also effects the cost we pay for the meeting place and lastly, we limit class sizes so there are the right amount of students that you can ask plenty of questions.
REGISTRATION is FREE and the COURSE is FREE but the KNOWLEDGE is VALUABLE. Similar courses are given at Fun-ED and Community Colleges for $15-$45 per person.

It is so exciting to be in the home business in Dallas, TX right now. Disregard the doom and gloom of national reports about home prices and the housing market, the Dallas market is still considered to be UNDER valued! In fact, real industry experts are writing articles outside of Texas to talk about how great a value it is to buy here in Dallas.
So to start things off, we want to encourage you to be EXCITED and HOPEFUL about owning a home here in 2007. Make this the year of buying a home! The first step for many people is to get a solid foundation for the process of buying a house. Below is the HomeBuyerCoaches schedule of events for the first quarter of 2007. We are considering two north Dallas locations for the first seminar of 2007 and will update the website once we decide on the best meeting place.
